As the Founder and CEO of BCR Design Build, Quacy Barry's primary role is to oversee all aspects of the company's operations. This includes managing a team of designers, builders, and contractors, as well as developing and implementing the company's strategic vision. Quacy is also responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the entire home-building process. He works closely with clients to understand their design preferences, budgetary constraints, and construction timelines, and ensures that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
