As the Founder and CEO of BCR Design Build, Quacy Barry's primary role is to oversee all aspects of the company's operations. This includes managing a team of designers, builders, and contractors, as well as developing and implementing the company's strategic vision. Quacy is also responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the entire home-building process. He works closely with clients to understand their design preferences, budgetary constraints, and construction timelines and ensures that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
As the Chief Design Officer (CDO) at BCR Design Build, Clive is responsible for overseeing the design of all projects undertaken by the company. This involves working closely with clients to understand their design preferences, and developing custom designs that meet their needs and expectations. Clive is also responsible for managing a team of designers, ensuring that all designs are completed to the highest standard and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. He is a key member of the company's leadership team and works closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement the company's strategic vision.
Fiona is responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that communication between clients and the BCR Design Build team is clear and efficient. She is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and works closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
